Throughout his career, Nick has provided representation to clients throughout the Adelaide metropolitan and South Australian regional areas and is committed to continuing to deliver a professional and committed approach to your matter in order to achieve the best possible results. Nick takes pride in offering exceptional legal services that cater to the diverse needs of his clients and is dedicated to providing you with professional, concise and clear advice in order arm you with the knowledge and understanding you need to navigate the legal system.

 

Having graduated from Flinders University and being awarded the Michael Woods and Co Criminal Practice Shield, Nick went on to work in the role of Research Clerk for pe-eminent Barrister Lindy Powell KC, instilling with him many of the skills and attributes that have been vital to his clients’ successes throughout his career.

 

Nick has worked in both government and private practice prior to his role as Firm Principal, giving him the ability to understand and empathise with his clients and their issues in an approachable, calm and professional manner.

Diligent, hardworking and thorough, Nick prides himself on his ability to provide clear and concise legal advice tailored to each individual’s needs.

 

He has experience in all areas of criminal law; from drink driving matters in the local Magistrates Courts, large scale drug importation matters in the District Court, to assisting counsel in complex murder trials in the Supreme Court and in the Court of Criminal Appeal where he has appeared as junior counsel and instructing solicitor. Nick also appears as counsel in SACAAT tribunal matters and other administrative disciplinary tribunals.

 

In his spare time, Nick is a member of the Fulham Cricket Club where he has previously served as a committee member and captain.
